East Meets West Fish Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup coarse salt
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon marjoram leaves
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Rub onto to fish.
Grill fish.
