Swedish Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    4 cups buttermilk
    4 eggs (beaten)
    1/2 cup butter
    2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all the dry ingredients.
    Blend in liquid ingredients, mix well.
    Let stand 30-45 minutes, will thicken DO NOT ADD LIQUID.
    Cook on hot griddle.
