Marinade For Grilled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 chicken bouillon cube
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 1/4 lbs fish (salmon, orange roughy, swordfish, or halibut)
Preparation
    Whisk ingredients in a bowl to make marinade.
    Marinate fish for 30 minutes.
    Grill fish according to your grill's instructions until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Baste with marinade during cooking.
    Use 1 1/4 pounds of either salmon, orange roughy, swordfish, or halibut.
