Dutch Pepper Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head of cabbage, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2/3 cup light cream
    2/3 cup vinegar
Preparation
    Chop cabbage finely, Add salt, sugar, onion, & pepper. Let stand in covered container for 1 hour. Drain. Blend cream & vinegar. Pour over cabbage & mix well. Refrigerate in a covered container.
