Chinese Vermicelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup chili oil
    1/2 cup sesame oil
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1 cup toasted sesame seeds
    2 1/2 lbs vermicelli
    scallion, sliced diagonally, for garnish
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients and toss with cooked pasta. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with scallions.
