Gluten Free Meatloaf To Die For - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 egg
    1 slice gluten free bread
    1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning (I used lipton savory herb and garlic seasoning)
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 dash pepper
    1/2 cup water
    3 tablespoons organic ketchup
Preparation
    combine all ingredients together.
    shape into a 8 x 4 casserole dish.
    cook on 350 for one hour.
