Low Fat Chorizo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb ground turkey
    1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1 teaspoon dried chipotle chile, ground
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1/4 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    3 tablespoons vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Mix thoroughly.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
    When ready to use, fry in a hot skillet with a small amount of oil.
