Protein Thin Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup pure protein complete by young living protein powder
    2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia
    6 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
    3 drops young living peppermint oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into mini muffin pan and place in the freezer for 5-7 minutes until hard to the touch. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
