Szechuan-Style Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1/2 cup picante sauce
    2 tablespoons light soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    2 teaspoons quick-cooking tapioca
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    2 cups broccoli florets
    1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1\" cubes and brown lightly in oil in skillet. Place in slow cooker.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover, cook on high 1 - 1/2 hours or on low 2 - 3 hours.
