Homemade Fruit Smoothie Popsicles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups fresh fruit or 4 cups frozen fruit
    1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
    1 cup water
    1 cup ice cube
    3 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender, cover and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze until solid.
