Great Apple Brunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups salad oil
2 well beaten eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup raisins
Glaze
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soft butter
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 cup coconut
Preparation

Combine sugar and oil.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Fold in flour, baking soda and salt.
Add apples, nuts and raisins.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 325 for 1 and 1/2 hours.
Toothpick in center comes out clean.
Cool 20 minutes.
Remove from pan; when slightly cooled, glaze.
Combine all [glaze ingredients] and spread over warm apple cake.
