Red Rice (Salsa Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 - 1/2 cup salsa, your favorite
    1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
    1 cup long grain white rice, uncooked
    1 3/4 cups water
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring salsa, salt, and water to a boil.
    Add rice and stir.
    Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
    Simmer until the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, about 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 7 to 10 minutes.
    Fluff with fork before serving.
