Pineapple 'Carpaccio' With Mint Sugar - cooking recipe

4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons of fresh mint, chopped
1 pineapple, peeled, sliced very thin
Preparation

Using a pestle and mortar, bash the sugar and the mint together.
Lay out the pineapple slices, overlapping on a plate and sprinkle over the mint sugar.
Serve.
