Mild Italian Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork
    water
    salt
    pepper
    curing salt (Roxan)
    fennel seed
Preparation
    Trim pork shoulder butts.
    Grind meat.
    Make spice mix (salt, pepper, fennel seed, roxan) and mix into meat.
    Stuff into hog casing.
    Hang on rack and place in cooler.
    Grill and place on bread with peppers.
