Taro Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 cup flour
1/2 tablespoon oil
3/8 cup water
1/2 cup flour
3/8 cup oil
3/4 cup taro root
1 egg yolk
Preparation

TO make pastry.
Knead butter into flours.
Add just enough flour to let dough form adn prevent from sticking.
Roll into small balls.
Fill with taro.
Bake on a baking sheet for 30 min until golden brown.
Let cool.
