Dutch Cutlet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb minced beef steak
    salt and pepper
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    1 minced onion
    1 egg
    2 cups cold water
    1 tablespoon tomato sauce
    1 chopped onion
    1 slice bacon
    tomato slices and parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Mix minced beef with salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, minced onion, and egg.
    Form into a flat cake.
    Put in greased baking tin with 2 cups cold water, tomato sauce, chopped onion and bacon on top.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
    Garnish with tomato slices and parsley.
    Serve either hot or cold.
