West Bend Electric Skillet Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups peeled and sliced potatoes
1/2 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
pepper
1/4 cup crushed crackers or 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon parsley
Preparation

Combine potatoes with onion, salt and milk, simmer, covered, for 45 minutes, or until tender.
Sprinkle cheese, pepper and crumbs over top. Continue cooking, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Reduce to \"warm\" for serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
