Easy-Peasy Mini Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup self raising flour
    1 cup sugar
    Put
    2 eggs (in a 1 cup measure then add enough cream to fill the cup)
    1/2 cup cream (or so)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together until just combined.
    I put mini cupcake liners in a tart tray.
    Bake for 9-10 minutes at 250\u00b0C.
