Sweet Pea & Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can sweet peas
    1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
    1 (2 ounce) jar pimentos (optional for color mostly)
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Drain canned vegetables.
    Pour all ingredients into a casserole dish with the exception of the grated cheese.
    Top casserole with the grated cheese.
    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
