Cold Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar (can use splendid)
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon white pepper (I used black pepper)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
4 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced (I used 2 English Cucumbers)
1/4 cup fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation

Mix sugar, water, white pepper and salt in a medium saucepan.
heat mixture until boiling and boil until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and cool.
Pour mixture over cucumber slices.
Sprinkle with parsley.
cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
