Cauliflower Greek Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    2 quarts water
    1/4 cup milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 lemon, juice of
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash and separate cauliflower into flowerets.
    Bring water, milk and salt to a boil.
    Add cauliflower and boil 20 minutes or until done.
    Drain.
    Add oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Toss lightly.
