Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups skim milk
    1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce or 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup wheat flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    2 tablespoons Splenda granular
    2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup blueberries
Preparation
    Pour milk over oats and let stand 2 - 5 minutes.
    Beat in egg beaters, applesauce, then remaining ingredients.
    Fry on a hot griddle.
