Thai Chili Sauce With Garlic (Prik Nam Som) Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 ounces yellow chilies (I remove seeds)
    1 ounce garlic
    1 1/2 cups rice vinegar
    1 pinch salt
    sugar
Preparation
    With a mortar and pestle, crush chilies and garlic until finely ground.
    Mix ground mixture with vinegar, salt and sugar.
    Mix well until sugar is dissolved.
    If mortar and pestle are not available, you can use a food processor.
