Sherried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 cup dry sherry
    1/2 cup milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and beat with a mixer until fluffy.
    Turn into a buttered 11/2 quart casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 45 minutes.
    Serve hot.
