Health Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas, mashed
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons oil
    2 cups buttermilk (or sour milk)
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    2 apples, peeled, cored, finely chopped
    3/4 cup dates, chopped
    3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
    1 cup blueberries
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup quick oats
    1/2 cup oat bran
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Whisk eggs and buttermilk.
    Add remaining wet ingredients.
    Mix.
    In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
    Add to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
    Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes (shorter for smaller muffins, longer for jumbo muffins).
