Lamb Cutlets With Plum And Rosemary Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lamb cutlets, frenched
    1/2 cup plum sauce
    2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Preparation
    Place cutlets in shallow dish. Pour over sauce and sprinkle with rosemary. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
    Grill cutlets 4-5 minutes each side, basting with the sauce.
