Spectacular Overnight Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head of cabbage, shredded (21/2lbs)
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives
    1/2 cup white wine vinegar
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Preparation
    In a 4 quart bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, peppers and olives.
    In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients;bring to a boil.
    Cook and stir for 1 minute.
    Pour over vegetables and stir gently.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Mix well before serving.
