Westbrae Natural'S Mellow Miso Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup filtered water
1 -2 tablespoon white miso (reduced from 1/4 cup and can sub yellow miso)
1 1/2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
2 tablespoons brown rice syrup
1 tablespoon green onion, sliced thinly
Preparation

Place all ingredients except the onions in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a non-reactive container and stir in the green onions.
Best prepared at least 1 hour in advance of serving.
