Taco Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell bean with bacon soup
    4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup chopped onion, chopped
    1/2 cup taco sauce
Preparation
    In large bowl of electric mixer, beat ingredients until smooth. Chill.
    On waxed paper, shape mixture until you form 2 logs (8 x 1 1/2).
    Roll in parsley.
    Refrigerate.
