Dijon Baked Flounder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs flounder fillets, patted dry
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F
Lightly grease or spray a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Place flounder baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; spread evenly over fish fillets. Bake at 350\u00b0F for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
