Ground Beef Chop Suey Dinner Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    2 large onions (sliced)
    1 stalk celery (Diced)
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
    2 1/2 cups water
    1 cup uncooked rice (not instant)
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 cup bean sprouts (to be sprinkled on top after it is baked)
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef with onions and celery; add the rest of the ingredients (except the bean sprouts) and stir together well.
    Butter or grease casserole dish.
    Place the ingredients in the casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1-1/2 hours.
    Sprinkle with bean sprouts and serve.
