Cream & Cheddar Cheese Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb country sausage (Neese's hot or regular)
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 1/4 cups Bisquick
    4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. A dough hook on a Kitchen Aid mixer works well or you can use your hands.
    Roll into 1\" balls.
    Bake @ 400\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
