Vanilla Maple French Toast With Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites
    1 teaspoon maple syrup
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 slices whole-grain bread
    cooking spray
    1/4 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Whisk eggs with maple syrup and vanilla extract. Dip bread into egg. Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook dipped bread for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden. Mash raspberries with lemon juice and pour on French Toast.
