Quinoa & Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup quinoa
    1 cup water
    1 1/2 cups chickpeas
    1/4 cup feta cheese
    1/4 cup black olives (optional)
    1/4 cup cherry tomatoes or 1/4 cup grape tomatoes
    1/4 cup small onion or 1/4 cup green onion
    1/4 cup yellow pepper
    1/4 cup red pepper
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup salad greens or 1 cup spinach
    Dressing
    1 -2 garlic clove, chopped
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
    Boil water, add quinoa, cover and simmer x15 min or till h2o absorbed. Let cool.
    Mix together all remaining ingredients except salad greens.Toss.
    Mix together dressing ingredients.Add greens and pour dressing over just before serving.
