Turkey Kielbasa With Peppers And Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups penne pasta (whole grain)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 sweet onion
2 tablespoons italian seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
29 ounces no-salt-added diced tomatoes
14 ounces turkey kielbasa
3 medium zucchini
2 green bell peppers
1 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package, drain and set aside.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil.
Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes or until browned stirring often.
Add bell peppers, onions, and zucchini. Cook until slightly softened.
Add Tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Top with cheese if desired.
