Fast Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb round steak, cut in thin slices
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 envelope au jus mix
    3/4 cup water
    4 teaspoons soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation
    Cook meat, onion, and pepper in oil until meat is browned.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cook and stir for 4 minutes.
