Turkey Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 cup diced green pepper
    1 cup sliced celery
    1 cup diced green onion
    2 cups cooked diced turkey
    1/4 cup soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in a medium skillet, add vegestables. Cook stiring over medium heat 5 minutesor until vegestables are tender but not mushy. Add turkey and soy sauce. Stir intil mixed and heated through. Serve over hot rice.
