4 cups quick oats
4 cups bread flour
1 cup flax seed meal
1/2 cup ground pecans
5 teaspoons baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
5 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup sugar
8 eggs
8 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flax seed oil
4 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation

grind oats.
grind pecans.
sift together all dry ingredients.
beat eggs, buttermilk and vanilla then add melted butter & oil.
gradually add dry ingredients to just moistened.
let mixture set for 15 minutes.
bake in waffle iron.
