Carrot, Onion And Celery Soup By Me! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package baby carrots
    1 sweet onion
    1 bunch celery
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon dried tarragon
    2 cans vegetable broth
    3 cans chicken broth
    1/2 cup dry white wine
Preparation
    Slice the carrots fine, mince the onion, slice the celery thin.
    In a big pot saute the onion in butter until softened.
    Stir in the carrot, celery and tarragon.
    Add broth and wine.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer until done.
