Ingredients
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Preparation
    Place your kitchen tools (bowl and whisk attachment) in the refrigerator for 1 hour or in the freezer for 20 minutes.
    Pour in cold heavy cream in the chilled bowl. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Process on low for 30 seconds then increase to maximum; process until stiff peaks form. Use whipped cream right away or transfer into a container, cover and transfer to the refrigerator until need it.
