Lower Fat Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups Raisin Bran cereal
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg
    1/4 cup water
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2/3 cup packed brown sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheate oven to 400\u00b0F
    Spray 12 (2.5 inch) muffin cups with nonstick spray or use paper muffin cups.
    In a large bowl, stir together cereal, applesauce, egg, and water.
    Let stand 5 minutes, then stir to break up cereal.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
    Divide evenly among muffin cups.
    Bake 15-20 minutes.
    Cool slightly, and remove from muffin cups.
