2 1/2 cups ginger ale, Chilled
1/2 cup lemon juice

Preparation

In 1-qt measure or pitcher, combine ginger ale and lemon juice.
Pour 2 C of the mixture into 1-qt ring mold; freeze.
Arrange fruits, peel, and mint leaves in decorative pattern on top of frozen ring.
Carefully pour remaining liquid over patterns and freeze.
