Ingredients

1/4 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
1 teaspoon dried orange peel
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation

Place all ingredients in food processor.
Cover and process 5 to 10 seconds, until well mixed.
Store in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 6 months.
For each serving, place 2 teaspoons mix in cup. Fill with 2/3 cup boiling water.
