Tropical Bellinis (Champagne Or Sparkling Water) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 ounces mango juice
    1 cup sugar
    1 lime, halved
    1/4 cup packed of fresh mint
    1 (750 ml) bottle champagne or 2 1/2 cups chilled sparkling water, chilled
    lime slices and mint (to garnish)
Preparation
    Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Cool. Remove and discard lime and mint. Thoroughly chill for at least 1 hour.
    Stir in Champagne or sparkling water before serving.
    Serve over ice and garnish, if desired.
