Easy Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

18 1/4 ounces yellow cake mix
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana (2-3 med.)
1/3 cup nuts (optional)

Preparation

Stir baking soda into mix before adding liquid.
Add water, eggs and mashed bananas.
Mix at medium speed until blended, then on high for two minutes.
Fold in nuts if desired.
Pour into 9 x 13 greased cake pan.
Bake at 350 deg. for 34 - 38 minutes.
