Zesty Chicken 'N Pork Kebobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup barbecue sauce (Diana Sauce, Rib and Chicken Flavour)
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
    3/4 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
    green onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Stir in Diana Sauce with Worcestershire Sauce, honey, hot sauce, and garlic until combined. Measure out and reserve half the mixture. Toss remaining mixture with the chicken and pork; marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Thread 4 pieces of chicken or pork onto each skewer. Grill, turning and basting often with reserved sauce mixture, for 8-10 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Garnish with green onions.
    TIP: To prevent scorching, pre-soak skewers for 30 minutes in cold water before threading with kebab ingredients.
    For the best results, cut the chicken and pork into equal-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
    HEALTH-IT-UP TWIST: Add fresh veggies such as cubed peppers, whole mushrooms, sliced zucchini and chery tomatoes; serve over whole grain rice for a nutritious meal.
