Beetroot Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon cumin seed
    1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 teaspoon ginger, minced
    1 cup beet, grated
    1 teaspoon sambal powder
    1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    1/4 cup peas
    1 cup rice, cooked
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Add cumin and mustard seeds.
    Add garlic and ginger; saute.
    Add beets.
    Cook on low until beets are tender; you may need to add a little water to prevent sticking.
    Add sambal powder, and garam masala powder.
    Stir in peas.
    Stir in rice; stir until rice is red.
