Pecan And Pine Nut Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked pie shell
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted,cooled
1 1/4 cups pecan halves
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 large egg white, beaten to blend
lightly sweetened whipped cream
Preparation

Whisk the sugar, 4 large eggs, two corn syrups, flour, and salt in medium bowl until smooth.
Whisk in melted butter, then stir in all nuts.
Brush bottom and sides of crust (not edge) with egg white.
Pour in filling.
Bake pie at 350 degrees until filling is set and crust is golden, about 1 hour.
Cool on rack; let stand at room temperature.
Serve with whipped cream.
