Mom'S Easy Country Pate (Food Processor) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 onion
    1 cup chicken or 1 cup turkey, solidly packed
    1/2 cup bacon, solidly packed
    1/2 cup ham, solidly packed
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 egg
    1/4 cup brandy
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400.
    Add onion, garlic, poultry and bacon to food processor and process till smooth.
    Add remaing ingredients, and process till ham is finely chopped.
    Put into oven-safe casserole. Put in oven and bake till meat pulls away from the sides of the casserole and top is browned, about 46 - 60 minutes. if the top is browning too fast, cover loosely with aluminum foil.
    Refrigerate untillwell chilled, then cover. Better the next day.
