Miso Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb button mushroom
1 tablespoon white miso
1 teaspoon butter
Preparation

Slice the button mushrooms.
Heat a skillet over low heat and add butter, allowing to brown slightly.
Add the miso and stir. Then add all of the mushrooms and stir-stir-stir.
After a the mushrooms give off their water, which will help melt down the miso further, stir well and serve.
